Dr. Chiping Chen, the owner of Brookline Consultants, is well-known in the communities of beam physics, plasma physics, coherent radiation generation, optics, and nonlinear dynamics.
    After earning his Ph.D. in physics from Stevens Institute of Technology with the discovery of universality in dissipative dynamical systems at the very young age of 24, Chiping pioneered research in electron-beam-driven coherent radiation devices at MIT and led the Intense Beam Theoretical Research Group there for more than two decades. Chiping's scientific contributions have formed the basis for discussions in at least six text books. 
    As a founder of Brookline Consultants, Chiping has been providing invaluable scientific consulting services to private enterprises, universities and government laboratories throughout the United States since 1993.
    Most recently, Chiping is passionate about helping clients to identify and solve fundamental problems preventing mankind from achieving controlled fusion energy generation.
